＜概要/Course Content Summary＞

This course discusses the techniques of analyzing financial information presented in the financial statements and assesses management view of the growth of business for financial decision-making. This class will introduce a framework for business analysis and valuation and unveil a real picture of a firm applying various accounting and financial techniques.

＜到達目標/Goals,Aims＞

Upon successful completion of this course, the students will (1) understand the basic framework for business analysis and valuation, (2) acquire knowledge of various accounting and financial tools applied for analyzing financial information, and (3) construct a professional financial report of a firm.
