<概要/Course Content Summary>
This course is an introductory class in understanding the basic concepts and techniques towards managing organisational behaviors. By using critical cases and grasping the limitations of models and theories, the student will grasp the complexity of real life situations within an organization. The courses is designed to provide students with a conceptual and practical understanding of the challenges and strategic relevance of managing organizations.
