＜概要/Course Content Summary＞

This course is for students who are interested in ADR (alternative dispute resolution) and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition (the competition held in Vienna and Hong Kong for law students from more than 300 universities all over the world) and will introduce students to the theory and practice of negotiation and international arbitration. Students taking the class should have a basic understanding of law and business. Students will be expected to contribute to discussion in the class and to prepare to attend the debate and the competition.　
This course is conducted in English.

Successful completion of this class should leave students with a basic understanding and skills of the international arbitration.
