＜概要/Course Content Summary＞
This course introduces students to methods for resolving international business disputes outside of courts. There are no prerequisites. The classes will comprise short lectures, discussions, and exercises that give students the opportunity to practice what they learn.

Participating students will learn how international business disputes are evaluated and managed. They will come to understand the distinctive features of negotiation, adjudication, mediation, and arbitration. They will also gain an appreciation of how, in some cases, dispute-settlement methods can be combined to improve outcomes.
